This Order amends the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 so as to change the number of justices appointed to the Warwickshire Probation Committee for some of the petty sessional divisions in Warwickshire. The petty sessional division of Nuneaton will appoint 4 justices rather than 3, Rugby will appoint 3 rather than 2 and in South Warwickshire 3 will be appointed instead of 5. The number of justices on the Committee will, however, remain the same.
