  "long_title": "This Order amends the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 so as to change the number of justices appointed to the Warwickshire Probation Committee. The petty sessions area of Atherstone and Coleshill will appoint 1 justice rather than 2, MidWarwickshire will appoint 2 rather than 4, Nuneaton will appoint 2 rather than 4, Rugby will appoint 1 rather than 3 and South Warwickshire will appoint 1 rather than 3. The overall number of justices in the Committee will reduce from 16 to 7. This Order comes into force on 1st April 1993.",
