  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1713) to take account of the amalgamation of the petty sessions areas of Halesowen and Stourbridge into the petty sessions area of Stourbridge and Halesowen effected by the Petty Sessional Divisions (Dudley) Order 1996 (S.I. 1996/2873) which comes into force on 1st April 1997.",
