# The Combined Probation Areas (West Yorkshire)Order 1992, Article 3


The 5 members of the West Yorkshire Probation Committee appointed before1st January 1993 by the justices for the petty sessions areas of Brighouse, Calder and Todmorden shall continue in office as if appointed by the justices for the new petty sesssions area of Calderdale.
