# The Commission Areas (Avon and Somerset) Order 2000, Article 3


In Part I of the Schedule to the Justices of the Peace (Commission Areas) Order 1999:—
(a) the entry for Somerset shall be omitted;
(b) for the entry for Avon there shall be substituted the following new entry:
Name of commission area
Extent of commission area
Avon and Somerset
The area of Avon and Somerset MCC
