  "text": "In this Order, except where the context otherwise requires:—\n“area” means a commission area including any part of the Devon and Cornwall committee area;\n“abolished area” means an area abolished by article 3(a) below;\n“new area” means the area constituted by article 3(b) below;\nany reference to a justice for an area shall be construed as a reference to a person who holds the commission of the peace for that area.",
