# The Commission Areas (Devon and Cornwall) Order 2000, Article 3


In Part I of the Schedule to the Justices of the Peace (Commission Areas) Order 1999:—
(a) the entry for Cornwall shall be omitted;
(b) for the entry for Devon there shall be substituted the following new entry:
Name of commission area
Extent of commission area
Devon and Cornwall
The area of Devon and Cornwall MCC
