# The Commission Areas (Sussex) Order 2001, Article 3


In Part I of the Schedule to the Justices of the Peace (Commission Areas) Order 1999:—
(a) the entries for East Sussex and West Sussex shall be omitted;
(b) after the entry for Surrey there shall be substituted the following new entry:
Name of commission area
Extent of commission area
Sussex
The area of Sussex MCC
