# The Commission for Health Improvement (Functions) Amendment Regulations 2000, Introduction: Introductory text


This instrument has been made to correct errors in S.I. 2000/662 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument

Laid before Parliament 20th March 2000
Coming into force 1st April 2000
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 126(4) of the National Health Service Act 1977 and sections 20(2) and 23 of the Health Act 1999 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
