# Commissioners Clauses Act 1847, Section 111: Penalty on commissioners failing to keep or deposit such copies.


If the commissioners fail to keep or deposit, as herein-before mentioned, any of the said copies of the special Act, they shall forfeit level 2 on the standard scalelevel 1 on the standard scale for every such offence, and also five pounds for every day afterwards during which such copy shall be not so kept or deposited.
