  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the following fees shall be charged by commissioners for oaths:—\n£\nFor taking an affidavit, declaration or affirmation, for each person making the same…\n3.50\nAnd in addition, for each exhibit therein referred to and required to be marked or for each schedule required to be marked…\n1.00\n(2) Where value added tax is payable by a commissioner for oaths supplying a service for which a fee is prescribed under paragraph (1), he shall charge for that service a fee of such an amount as, with the addition of the tax, is equal to the amount so prescribed.",
