  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order increases the fees chargeable by commissioners for oaths and practising solicitors under section 81A of the Solicitors Act 1974 for taking affidavits and similar declarations from £3.50 to £5.00 and for marking exhibits from £1 to £2. It replaces the Commissioners for Oaths (Fees)(No. 2) Order 1988.",
