  "long_title": "These Regulations, which apply throughout the United Kingdom and come into force on 1st January 1994, amend the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) Regulations 1993, which provide for the enforcement of specified EEC Regulations.One of the EEC Regulations (Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 986/89 on the accompanying documents for carriage of wine products and the relevant records to be kept as amended) was repealed and replaced by Commission Regulation (EEC) No.2238/93 which covers the same subject matter.The amendment accordingly replaces references to, and to provisions of, the repealed EEC Regulation by references to, and to provisions of, the replacement EEC Regulation.",
