Regulation 1 Title, commencement, extent and interpretation

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) (Amendment) Regulations 1997, and shall come into force on 1st April 1997.

(2)

These Regulations shall apply to the United Kingdom.

(3)

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) Regulations 1996^f1.
