Regulation 9 Amendment of the principal Regulations

In Part IV (production and control of planting) of Schedule 2—

(a)

in item 1, for the entry in the second column there shall be substituted the following entry—

  • “Regulation 1294/96, as corrected by Regulation 2050/96”;

(b)

in item 2, at the end of the first column, there shall be inserted the words “and by Regulation 1592/96: Article 1”.
