# The Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) Regulations 1996


In each of paragraphs (2), (3) and (4) of regulation 11, for the words “Secretary to” there shall be substituted the words “Chief Executive of”.
