Regulation 8 Amendment of the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) Regulations 1996

In Part V (oenological processes and conditions for release to the market) of Schedule 2, there shall be inserted—

(a)

in item 9, at the end of the first column, the words “and Regulation 1417/97”;

(b)

in item 11, at the end of the first column, the words “and Regulation 1417/97 and Regulation 2087/97”;

(c)

in item 17, at the end of the second column, the words “and Regulation 128/97: Article 1”;

(d)

in item 19, at the end of the first column, the words “and by Regulation 1419/97: Article 1”;

(e)

in item 22, at the end of the first column, the words “and by Regulation 1419/97: Article 2”.
