  "text": "This Scheme may be cited as the Common Investment (Amendment) Scheme 1999 and shall come into force:\n(a) as to paragraph 8, on 5th April 1999;\n(b) as to paragraph 9, on 6th April 1999;\n(c) as to the remainder, on 4th April 1999.",
