# The Common Investment (Amendment) Scheme 1999, Section 1: Citation and commencement


This Scheme may be cited as the Common Investment (Amendment) Scheme 1999 and shall come into force:
(a) as to paragraph 8, on 5th April 1999;
(b) as to paragraph 9, on 6th April 1999;
(c) as to the remainder, on 4th April 1999.
