  "long_title": "Section 42(5)(b) of the Administration of Justice Act 1982 permits units in the Common Investment Scheme established under section 42(1) of that Act to be allotted to and held by the Accountant General of the Supreme Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland. This Scheme amends the Common Investment Scheme 2004 so that the phrase “Accountant General” in paragraph 9(3) of Schedule 2 to that scheme includes a reference both to the Accountant General of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and to the Accountant General of the Supreme Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland.",
