  "text": "The following enactments are repealed to the extent specified;\n(1) sections 80 to 82 of the Poole Corporation Act 1928;\n(2) section 16(e) of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1981;\n(3) section 10(2)(m) of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1984; and\n(4) section 70(1)(j) of the Leicestershire Act 1985.",
