  "text": "(This note does not form part of the Order)\nThis order repeals provisions relating to common lodging houses in four local Acts consequential on the repeal of Part XII of the Housing Act 1985 which related to such premises. The Acts are the Poole Corporation Act 1928, the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1981, the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1984 and the Leicestershire Act 1985.",
