Article 4 Revocation
(1)
Subject to paragraph (2) below, the Common Police Services (Scotland) Order 1995f1 is hereby revoked.
(2)
Notwithstanding paragraph (1) above, the Common Police Services (Scotland) Order 1995 shall continue to apply in relation to any expenses recoverable by virtue of it in respect of the financial year commencing on 1st April 1995.
