The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 13(4) and (6), 31(2), 32 and 64 of, and paragraphs 2 and 16 of Schedule 3 to, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002f1, makes the following Regulations:
