# Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, Paragraph 4: Offences

Status: prospective

In section 25(1) of the 1985 Act (offences), for “by section 21, 22 or 23” substitute “ by or by virtue of any of sections 21 to 23A ”.
