  "text": "(1) This paragraph applies for the purposes of this Part of this Schedule.\n(2) “Tenant” includes a statutory tenant.\n(3) “Dwelling” and “statutory tenant” (and “landlord” in relation to a statutory tenant) have the same meanings as in the 1985 Act.\n(4) “Post-dispute arbitration agreement”, in relation to any matter, means an arbitration agreement made after a dispute about the matter has arisen.\n(5) “Arbitration agreement” and “arbitral tribunal” have the same meanings as in Part 1 of the Arbitration Act 1996 (c. 23).\n(6) “Appropriate tribunal” means—\n(a) in relation to premises in England, the First-tier Tribunal or, where determined by or under Tribunal Procedure Rules, the Upper Tribunal; and\n(b) in relation to premises in Wales, a leasehold valuation tribunal.",
