Section 142 of the Housing Act 1980 (role of leasehold valuation tribunals under 1967 Act) is amended as follows.

(2)

In subsection (1), for “rent assessment committee constituted under Schedule 10 to the 1977 Act” substitute “ leasehold valuation tribunal ”.

(3)

In subsection (3), for “Part 2 of that Schedule” substitute “ Schedule 22 to this Act ”.
