Made 14th July 2004
Laid before Parliament 16th July 2004
Coming into force in accordance with rule 1
The Lord Chancellor, with the advice and assistance of the Rule Committee appointed in pursuance of section 127 of the Land Registration Act 2002, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 65 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 hereby makes the following rules:
