  "heading": "Registration of an amended commonhold community statement",
  "text": "(1) An application to register an amended commonhold community statement must be made in Form CM3.\n(2) The application must be accompanied by a new version of the commonhold community statement incorporating the amendments.\n(3) On completion of the application, the Registrar must enter a note of the amended commonhold community statement in the register of the title to the common parts in a manner that distinguishes it from previous versions of the commonhold community statement.",
