# THE COMMONHOLD (LAND REGISTRATION) RULES 2004, Section 18: Alteration of the extent of the common parts


(1) An application to register an amended commonhold community statement in Form CM3 which would have the effect of altering the extent of the common parts (unless section 30(4) of the Act applies) must be accompanied by an application to register any relevant transfer.
(2) Where there is a relevant transfer, the Registrar may reject on delivery the application to register the amended commonhold community statement, or he may cancel it at any time thereafter, if paragraph (1) is not complied with.
