Section 19 Registration of an altered memorandum or articles of association
(1)
An application to register an altered memorandum or articles of association must be made in Form CM3.
(2)
The application must be accompanied by a new version of the memorandum or articles of association of the commonhold association incorporating the amendments.
(3)
On completion of the application, the Registrar must enter a note of the altered memorandum or articles of association in the register of the title to the common parts in a manner that distinguishes them from previous versions of the memorandum or articles of association of the commonhold association.
