# THE COMMONHOLD (LAND REGISTRATION) RULES 2004, Section 25: Official copies


An application for official copies of the individual register and title plan of the common parts in relation to a commonhold must be made by inserting the following words in panel 9 of Form OC1 in Schedule 1 of the main rules—
“official copy(ies) of the register and title plan of the common parts in a commonhold development.”
