# THE COMMONHOLD (LAND REGISTRATION) RULES 2004, Section 31: Changing size: charged unit


On an application to which rule 15 or rule 17 relates and where section 24(1) of the Act applies, on receipt of Form COE, the Registrar must give effect in the register to section 24(4) and (5) of the Act as appropriate.
