# THE COMMONHOLD (LAND REGISTRATION) RULES 2004, Section 32: Charges over common parts


Where a charge is extinguished, in whole or in part, under section 28(3) or section 28(4) of the Act, the Registrar must cancel or alter as appropriate any entry of the charge in the register to the extent that it is extinguished.
