  "text": "(1) This rule applies to—\n(a) the commonhold association’s certificate of incorporation,\n(b) any altered certificate of incorporation,\n(c) the memorandum and articles of association of the commonhold association,\n(d) any altered memorandum or articles of association of the commonhold association,\n(e) a commonhold community statement,\n(f) any amended commonhold community statement,\n(g) an order of the court under the Act, and\n(h) a termination statement.\n(2) Where the Act or these rules requires an application to be accompanied by a document referred to in paragraph (1), a certified copy of that document may be submitted in place of the original.\n(3) Where the original document is lodged a certified copy must accompany it.",
