Regulation 17 Enforcement

Jurisdiction is conferred on the court to deal with the exercise or enforcement of a right conferred, or duty imposed, by or by virtue of—

(a)

a commonhold community statement;

(b)

these Regulations; or

(c)

Part 1 of the Act.
