# The Commons Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3) (Wales) Order 2012, Article 2: Provision coming into force on 1 April 2012


Section 46 (powers relating to unauthorised agricultural activities) of the Commons Act 2006 comes into force on 1 April 2012.
