# The Commons Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4) (Wales) Order 2017, Article 2: Provisions coming into force

Extent: E+W

The following provisions of the 2006 Act come into force on 10 April 2017—
(a) section 19(1) to (5) and (7) (correction); and
(b) paragraphs 1, 2(1) and (2)(a) to (c), 3(1) and (2)(a) to (d), 4(1) to (5), 5(1), 5(2), 6(1), 6(2), 7(1), 7(2), 8(1), 8(2) and 9(1) to (3) of Schedule 2 (non-registration or mistaken registration under the 1965 Act).
