  "text": "The following provisions of the Commons Act 2006 come into force on 31st October 2011—\n(a) in Schedule 5 (minor and consequential amendments) —\n(i) the entries in paragraphs 1, 2 and 5; and\n(ii) in relation to the pilot areas, the entries in paragraphs 3, 6(b), 7(2) to (4) (and 7(1) in so far as it relates to paragraph 7(2) to (4)), and 8; and\n(b) section 52 in so far as it relates to those entries.",
