  "text": "(1) The Land Registration Act 2002 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 27(2)(d), for “the Commons Registration Act 1965 (c. 64)” substitute “ Part 1 of the Commons Act 2006 ”.\n(3) In section 33(d), for “the Commons Registration Act 1965 (c. 64)” substitute “ Part 1 of the Commons Act 2006 ”.\n(4) In Schedule 3, in paragraph 3(1), for “the Commons Registration Act 1965 (c. 64)” substitute “ Part 1 of the Commons Act 2006 ”.",
