  "text": "(1) The purpose of a register of common land is—\n(a) to register land as common land; and\n(b) to register rights of common exercisable over land registered as common land.\n(2) The purpose of a register of town or village greens is—\n(a) to register land as a town or village green; and\n(b) to register rights of common exercisable over land registered as a town or village green.",
