# Commons Act 2006, Section 23: Transitional


(1) Schedule 3 (transitional provision) has effect.
(2) Nothing in Schedule 3 affects the power to make transitional provision and savings in an order under section 56; and an order under that section may modify any provision made by that Schedule.
