  "heading": "Raising of expenses of regulation of common by sale of portion of common.",
  "text": "The Inclosure Commissioners may, if they think fit, insert in any provisional order for the regulation of a common a provision for the raising and payment of the expenses of and incidental to the regulation of such common, either wholly or partly, by a sale of a portion of the common; and they shall in such case specify in the provisional order the situation and the maximum quantity of the portion of the common which may be so sold; and where such provision is made the said expenses may be raised and paid accordingly in manner provided by the Inclosure Acts 1845 to 1868.",
