# Commons (Expenses) Act 1878, Section 4: Provision of allotments for the labouring poor on regulation.


The Commissioners may, if they think fit, specify in any provisional order for the regulation of a common, as one of the terms and conditions of the regulation, the appropriation of an allotment for the labouring poor; and the provisions of the Inclosure Acts 1845 to 1876, with respect to such allotments made upon the inclosure of a common shall apply to any such allotment made on the regulation of a common.
