# Commons Registration Act 1965, Section 12: Subsequent registration under Land Registration Act 1925 and 1936.

Extent: E+W

The following provisions shall have effect with respect to the registration in the register of title of any land after the ownership of the land has been registered under this Act, that is to say—
(a) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
(b) if the registration authority is notified by the Chief Land Registrar that the land has been registered in the register of title the authority shall delete the registration of the ownership under this Act and indicate in the register in the prescribed manner that it has been registered under those Acts.
