# The Commons Registration (England) Regulations 2014, Regulation 35: Consultation requirement

Extent: E+W

The determining authority must consult Natural England before determining an application to register—
(a) the creation, under section 6 of the 2006 Act; or
(b) the variation, under section 7 of that Act,
of a right of common consisting of a right to graze any animal.
