Laid before Parliament 2nd December 1965
Coming into Operation 1st January 1966
The Minister of Land and Natural Resources in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 11 and 19 of the Commons Registration Act 1965, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
