Regulation 2
The Commons Registration (General) Regulations 1966f1 shall be amended as follows—
(a)
in Form 21 in Schedule 1 (Forms), for the amounts “£6.00”, “50p” and “£10”, shown under the heading “FEES”, there shall be substituted the amounts “£14.00”, “£1.00” and “£20.00” respectively; and
(b)
in Schedule 3 (Fees for Searches, etc.)—
(i)
in the first column, for the words “ten pounds”, there shall be substituted the words “twenty pounds”; and
(ii)
in the second column, for the amounts “£6.00” and “50p” there shall be substituted the amounts “£14.00” and “£1.00” respectively.
