The Minister of Housing and Local Government and the Secretary of State, in exercise of their respective powers under sections 3 and 19 of the Commons Registration Act 1965, as read with the Ministry of Land and Natural Resources (Dissolution) Order 1967^f1 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—
