  "text": "(1) Nothing in these Regulations shall affect the validity of any application for the registration of land as common land or as a town or village green, or of any application for the registration of a right of common over or of a claim to the ownership of such land, and nothing herein shall affect the validity of any other application which is made before 1st July 1968.\n(2) In this regulation “application” includes a statutory declaration in support of an application.",
